Ashley N Jessup, Ohio Mom Sentenced for raping 10-month old son
Mother from Ohio, United States, Ashley N Jessup (24). She put on trial for allegedly rape her own son, who were aged 10 months.
Not only that, she recorded indecent acts with an infant son and sent the tape to her boyfriend who lives in Michigan.
Jessup was charged in Municipal Court of Columbus last Thursday with two counts ofrape for conduct endangering a child and sexual conduct involving minors.
Franklin prosecutor Ron O’Brien said the rape allegations were addressed by the prosecutor could make the offender to spend her life behind bars, in other words, life in prison.
Told The Columbus Dispatch, prosecutors said O’Brien Jessup sent obscene videos to her boyfriend in Battle Creek, Michigan. Ex-lover’s caught the act and contacted police.
Jessup was arrested August 31, 2011, a day after she was suspected of committing immoral acts.
Jessup is currently detained at the Franklin County Correctional Center to replace the deposit of U.S. $ 1 million. Court documents do not register the name of a lawyer.
Not yet known who was finally getting custody of that poor baby. WPBC news station reported, the baby’s father came from Michigan to regain custody of his son. This time the baby are still living with his grandmother from the maternal line, while the officers were questioning about parental rights.
