Marines dishonorably discharged for insulting President Obama on Facebook.
U.S. Marine Sergeant Gary Stein, dishonorably discharged from his unit. He was convicted after a claim is not going to obey the orders of President Barack Obama as Commander in Chief, via a post on his personal account on Facebook.
U.S. Marine spokesman, quoted by Reuters, said that the dismissal is without honor was announced on 25 April 2012 local time. 26-year-old soldier based in California that is an Iraq War veteran.
“He was officially notified today [25 April 2012] concerning the decision of the authorities. Now he will undergo the procedure required to leave the Marines,” said spokesman Maj. Michael Armistead. The process may take up to 20 days.
Stein dismissed the decision handed down after the board meeting held by the consideration that the Marine commander. According to Armistead, a dishonorably discharged status, Stein will not receive any special benefits for U.S. military veterans.

A number of lawyers trying to defend Stein that the statement was protected by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. They are trying to lobby a federal court judge, Marilyn Huff, to prevent internal sanctions Marines on Stein.
However, the judge refused to intervene on the internal matters relating to breach of military discipline. Even the Judge also condemned Stein due to derogatory comment againts Obama in a computer network where he served.
“As an active Marine, I have sworn to protect the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic. Obama is the economic enemy, an enemy of religion, and domestic enemies,” said the judge quoted the comment of Stein, who has served nine years as the Marines.
This is such BULLSHIT!!!!!! He deserves freedom of speech!!!!!!!!!and still b a Marine or HONORABLE discharge with FULL benefits.
