Queen Elizabeth II on Sunday marked the 60 years she reigned in the kingdom of England to renew its dedication to the people. Grandmother of 85 years will also be visiting several places in the UK ahead of the Diamond Jubilee celebrations to be held next June.

To celebrate this, the Queen along with Prince Philip will visit schools in King’s Lynn, Norfol. At this school, Elizabeth witnessed the short drama about a change in the UK as long as he reigns. Furthermore, she will spend the afternoon with Philip at Sandringham palace.

On the day Diamond Jubilee celebration in June, there will be a massive celebration for four days at the national and international level throughout the Commonwealth. Planned for the celebration, Elizabeth will lead the fleet of thousands of boat to cross the river Thames. Beacon light will also be lit across the country.

Ahead of the Diamond Jubilee, Elizabeth and Philip as possible will visit many places in England. In the meantime, all members of the royal will visit 15 countries of the Commonwealth. A variety of congratulations from all the people also have arrived.

“I am grateful for all the support and encouragement given to me and Prince Philip during this time. In this special year, I dedicate myself to update my devotion. I hope we will all be strengthened unity in the family, friends and neighborly relations,” said Elizabeth , quoted by Reuters.

In celebration, also launched two official portrait Elizabeth at Buckingham palace. Would also designed a special stamp, coin, and bank checks bearing the image of the Diamond Jubilee.

Elizabeth was first enthroned at the age of 25 years succeeding her father George VI in 1952. If in 2015 she was enthroned, then Elizabeth would become queen of the longest-serving after Queen Victoria.
