After bad results in the three initial series, Sebastian Vettel in the Bahrain GP closes the first podium, Sunday, April 22, 2012 with a record time of 1 hour 35 minutes 10.990 seconds.
In addition to snatch his first podium this season, Vettel was fastest-lap record with a time of 1 minute 36.379 seconds. The Baby Schumi achievement is even more complete after winning the pole-position in the qualifying session.
In the fourth series, Vettel managed to outperform the two Lotus-Renault driver, Kimi Raikkonen and Romain Grosjean. Raikkonen touches the finish line in second order, followed by juniors, Grosjean in the final podium.
Meanwhile, McLaren duo Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button had to settle for an end to race outside the top 5. In fact, Button had the misfortune as the MP4-27 suffered damage. Moreover, the length of time when entering the pit stop ahead of the final lap to make the British driver had finished the race in 18th position.
Started the race in pole-position, Sebastian Vettel immediately dashed as the light turned green. The defending champions made it through the first corner with Lewis Hamilton and Mark Webber.

Raikkonen Opportunities took over second place after Hamilton had the smoother delay in pit-stop crew teams because McLaren did a little mistake when pairing the left rear tire bolts. Delays in making Hamilton had to settle for eighth place at the end of the race.
Mark Webber. Australia’s veteran racer from finishing in fourth position followed by China Grand Prix champion, Nico Rosberg who followed in fifth position, 55.4 seconds behind of Vettel.
